Healthy snacks you'll be proud to serve! Since 1987, the master roasters at Dakota Gourmet have converted locally grown corn, sunflower, and soybean commodities into mouth-watering Dakota Gourmet Foodservice Site school menu items that meet USDA standards.

Based in North Dakota, Dakota Gourmet is now a SunOpta company that features an outstanding line of sunflower kernels, toasted corn, and dry roasted soybeans. Only non-GMO commodities are accepted for processing. All products are kosher certified and some are organic and/or vegan certified.

Our product line is manufactured in a "peanut/nut-free" environment. To ensure product safety we periodically test for contamination from outside sources. Only seed, legume, and cereal grain commodities are produced at Dakota Gourmet.

Kettle Valley
Kettle Valley Dried Fruit Company was incorporated in British Columbia, Canada in February 1996 and began production in January 1997. The company manufactures 100% natural fruit products: fruit snacks (leathers) and formed fruit bars, and fiber-fortified fruit bars, with facilities in the USA and Canada. In 2003, Kettle Valley Dried Fruit Company was acquired by SunOpta, a healthy foods company. Kettle Valley brand products and private label fruit snacks/bars are distributed in North America and overseas in the United Kingdom.

Kettle Valley Snacks are all natural and do not contain preservatives or added sugar, artificial colors or flavors. We have extensive Research and Development capabilities to create a custom-made product to suit your needs.
