Right to Request Deletion or Correction. Under certain circumstances you may request that SunOpta delete your personal information. SunOpta may also delete your personal information if it is determined your data is incomplete, inaccurate, or that the continued storage of your information is not required. Under certain circumstances you may also request that SunOpta correct inaccurate information.
Annual Data Requests. SunOpta is required to report its annual consumer data requests relating to access, deletion, and correction. In 2023 SunOpta received no requests for access to personal information pursuant to the CCPA. In 2023 SunOpta received no requests for deletion or correction of personal information pursuant to the CCPA.
Selling Your Information. SunOpta does not sell your personal information.
